Well you'd have to have a High School Diploma. Then go to some college that teaches criminal justice. Graduate from there. (2-4 years) TRY getting a job (goodluck in this economy) at your local Police Department. Rise up through the ranks to get higher than the cop you want to fire, and then fire him for legal and legit terms.
But, from my calculations, the cop you want to fire will either be retiered, or dead by the time you even get to this point.
