Personally I think it is a legitimate idea, after all, his proposed argument to back up his statement is mostly sound, the only thing I can think of to add is that it must be voluntary. You can donate organs when you die, and you can donate them when you are living even, why not limbs?
what if an amputee needs a new limb an they could transplant it? There isn't a cure for being paralized but they've already been able to transplant limbs. i say until they cure paralasis, and the other person is willing to donate, why not.
