Actually, being afraid of TV logos is actually a fairly common occurrence (primarily among people growing up in the 70s-80s). Generally logos for childrens shows at the time tended to combine creepy synthesizer music with weird CGI shapes and odd colors to create a terrifying effect. Logos for Viacom (V of doom), Screen Gems (S from Hell), Paramount (Closet Killer), and PBS/WGBH were regarded as the "most scary". other logos like the DIC logo with the kid in bed that was used in the 80s-90s are also regarded as scary.
"I think it has hidden power to mind control us" Judging from that quote I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the said logo resembled the All Seeing Eye/Eye of Providence. It's a rather creepy symbol.
give me some of what you're on!
